Checking Job History

Before starting a job, technicians can view the asset’s previous job history directly from the job or asset screen. This includes past faults, completed repairs, and service notes. Reviewing history helps you understand recurring issues and avoid repeating work already done.

View History from the Job Order


Path: Modules > Job Order > History

  • Open the assigned Job Order.

  • Tap the History tab.

  • Review all tracked updates including status changes, location updates, and internal notes.

View History from the Asset


Path: Modules > Asset > Job Order
Alternate: Modules > Job Order > Asset > Job Order

  • Open the Asset linked to the job.

  • Go to the Job Order tab to see a full record of past work.

  • Review entries for maintenance, fault fixes, or inspections.

Why this matters: Checking job history helps you avoid repeating past actions, track recurring problems, and apply more effective fixes based on what’s been done before thus making your troubleshooting faster and smarter.
