After confirming all details are correct, tap Sign & Complete to officially close the work order. This step ensures that the job is properly documented, traceable, and ready for billing or internal reporting.

Emailing Completion Form to Customer
Use the in-app email feature to send the final job completion form directly to the customer. This improves documentation transparency and supports a faster handoff for billing or service confirmation.
Why this matters: Properly closing jobs ensures accurate service records, formal sign-off, and complete documentation for billing, reporting, or auditing purposes. It also gives customers clarity and confidence that the job is finished and verified. |
