FieldEx allows technicians to view spare parts that have been assigned to them, either directly by a planner or through bin allocations. This helps ensure that technicians are aware of which parts are available for their jobs and prevents delays during on-site work.

Assigned parts can be viewed from your bin or transfer interface, giving you quick visibility into stock quantities, types, and availability. You can also scan part barcodes to check usage history or stock levels.

Useful Pre-requisites

  • Ensure spare parts have been added to your user bin by a planner or admin.

  • Make sure you are logged in with the correct technician account.

  • Use the scanner to quickly identify part info or stock location if needed.
