Accessing License & Billing
Path: Setup > General > Billing & License
This page gives you an overview of your active plan, available licenses, current usage, and billing information. It’s your central hub for subscription management.
License Usage and Seats
FieldEx operates on a per-seat licensing model. Each active user with login access to the platform occupies one license seat.
Used Licenses: Count of active users
Total Licenses: Remaining seats from your total subscription
Role-based Control: You can deactivate or reassign licenses by editing user access
Adding or Removing Users
When you add a new user, they will immediately consume a license seat.
If your organization exceeds the licensed number of seats, you’ll receive a prompt to purchase additional seats.
To reduce license usage, deactivate users who no longer require access.
Billing Plan Overview
Your billing section displays the following:
Plan Type: Lite, Grow, or Pro
Billing Cycle: Monthly or Annual
Payment Method: Card or invoice
Next Renewal Date: Auto-renews unless cancelled
