Getting around FieldEx is simple and seamless whether you’re using it on your laptop or out in the field on mobile. Here’s how to access FieldEx, understand your basic setup, and reach out for support when needed.

How to Access FieldEx on Web


  • Open your web browser (FieldEx supports Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge).

  • No download required. Just open your browser.

  • Go to the URL: app.fieldex.com

How to Access FieldEx on Mobile


iOS

Required Permissions for iOS:

Settings > Privacy > Location Services > FieldEx > Allow While Using App

Notifications

Settings > Notifications > FieldEx > Enable Allow Notifications

Camera and Photos

Settings > Privacy > Camera > FieldEx > Enable Access

Microphone

Settings > Privacy > Microphone > FieldEx > Enable Access

Storage

Managed automatically with camera and photos access

Android

  • Open the Google Play Store on your device.

  • Search for "FieldEx".

  • Download and install the FieldEx app.

How To Access Setup


FieldEx can be configured to match your workflows, job types, asset structures, and inventory management preferences. Admins can use the configuration settings to map their operational processes into the platform.

How To Access Modules


All core FieldEx modules are available on both web and mobile:

  • Job Orders

  • Assets

  • Preventive Maintenance (PM)

  • Checklists & Forms

Users can create, update, assign, and complete jobs and checklists from either platform with seamless sync.
