FieldEx allows technicians to upload photos directly into a job order or task using the mobile app. This is essential for documenting work done, capturing site conditions, or providing visual evidence of issues.
Useful Pre-requisites
Ensure your job is visible in the Job Order list.
Confirm that camera and gallery permissions are enabled for the FieldEx Mobile App.
Photos should be clear, labeled properly, and relevant to the job being performed.

How to Upload
Path: Job Order > Attachment
Open the assigned job or task.
Navigate to the Attachments or Photos section.
Tap Upload and choose to take a new photo or select one from your gallery.
Add a note of short description if needed to explain the image.
Attached photo will automatically be saved after uploading
