FieldEx makes it easy to manage large inventories and serialized items through batch uploads and serial number tracking. These tools ensure you can quickly onboard spare parts or assets in bulk, while maintaining traceability for high-value or regulated equipment.
Tip: Use batch uploads during initial system setup, warehouse intake, or when migrating historical records into FieldEx. Always validate your CSV using the sample template to avoid import errors. |
What Is a Batch Upload?
Batch upload allows you to add multiple items (assets or spare parts) to the system using a CSV file, saving time compared to manual entry.
Use batch uploads when:
Receiving bulk inventory
Migrating from a previous system

Batch uploads are done from the web dashboard.
