FieldEx provides secure options for managing your password, whether you're already logged in or need to reset it from the login screen. This ensures that your account remains protected and accessible at all times.
Passwords can be updated from your profile settings or recovered using the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.
To Change Your Password (While Logged In)
Path (While Logged In): Side Bar > Profile > Password & Security
Open the Sidebar Menu.
Tap your Profile at the bottom left corner.
Select Password & Security.
Follow the on-screen instructions to update your password.
If You Forgot Your Password
Path (If Logged Out): Login Screen > Forgot Password
On the Login screen, tap Forgot Password.
Enter your registered email address.
Check your inbox for a password reset link from FieldEx.
Follow the instructions in the reset email to create a new password.
Tip: If you don’t see the reset email, check your spam or junk folder. If the link expires, you can request a new one by repeating the process. |
