Technicians can update their personal details directly in the FieldEx Mobile App to ensure their profile remains accurate and up to date.
How to Update Personal Details
Path: Side Bar > Profile > Personal Information
Open the Sidebar Menu in the FieldEx Mobile App.
Tap your Profile icon at the bottom of the menu.
Select Personal Information.
Edit the relevant fields, including:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Phone Number
Home Address
Office Address
Tap Save to confirm your changes.
