Changing Language or Time Zone

FieldEx allows technicians to personalise their app experience by selecting their preferred language and time zone. This ensures better understanding and comfort while navigating and using the mobile app.

Changing Languages


Path: Side Bar > Profile > Language

  • Open the Side Bar in the FieldEx Mobile App.

  • Tap on your Profile.

  • Select Language.

  • Choose from the list of available options:

    • Bahasa Melayu

    • Deutsch

    • Español

    • Chinese

  • The app will update immediately to reflect your selected language.

Changing Time Zones


Path: Side Bar > Profile > Preferences (Time Zone)

Time zone adjustments are also managed through your profile settings. Ensuring the correct time zone is set helps keep job schedules, check-ins, and task times accurate across teams.

  • Open the Preferences tab from your profile settings.

  • Locate the Time Zone option.

  • Select your correct local time zone from the dropdown.

  • Tap Save to apply the changes.

Why this matters: Updating your language and time zone ensures a smoother, more localised experience while working in the field, and keeps scheduling and job timestamps accurate across teams.
