FieldEx allows technicians to check in and out of job locations directly from the mobile app. This helps track time spent on-site and ensures accurate job reporting.
Useful Pre-requisites
Ensure your job is assigned and visible in the Job Order module.
Confirm GPS/location permissions are enabled for the FieldEx Mobile App.
Complete any Start Journey logs if required before checking in.

How to Check In
Open the assigned job or task from your mobile app.
Tap Check-In once you arrive at the job location.
If required, the app may record the GPS location to verify the check-in point.
How to Check Out
After completing your tasks, forms, checklists, and customer sign-off, tap Check-Out.
Your time on-site will be recorded and visible in the job log or journey summary.
Tip: Always check out after job completion to ensure your attendance is properly logged and billing or reporting data remains accurate. |
