Adjusting Stock / Initiating Transfer
Web Path: Module > Transfer > Transfer Spare Parts
Mobile App Path: Bottom Bar > Scan > Transfer
FieldEx makes it easy to initiate a spare part transfer using the in-app scanner. This is helpful when moving parts between bins, warehouses, or team members in the field.
Tap the Scan icon from the bottom bar.
Select Transfer from the scan options.
Scan the barcode or QR code on the spare part.
The part’s details will appear automatically.
Select the current source bin.
Choose the destination bin or location.
Enter the quantity to transfer.
Tap Save to complete the process.
