Tracking Pending and Completed Transfers

Using the FieldEx Mobile App, you can easily track every ongoing transfer within your organization. The My Bin feature lets you manage all pending and completed transfers in one place. From the My Bin page, you can instantly approve or reject any transfers awaiting your decision.

Make transfer approvals with just a tap on your mobile device anytime, anywhere so others can proceed without delay.

Each transfer, whether triggered manually or through job completion is logged in the asset’s Location History tab.

Track Pending Transfers


In the mobile app, the top section of the home screen includes three key buttons:

  • Bin Access: Tap the first icon to manage your assigned bins. Approve or reject asset and spare part transfers directly from here.

If a transfer is awaiting approval, a Pending Transfer indicator appears beside the Bin field in the web system.

  • Hovering shows a tooltip: “A transfer request is pending approval for this asset. The location will be updated to [newBinName] upon approval.”

  • The Bin field is locked until the transfer is completed or canceled.
