When Codes Are Generated
A QR or barcode is automatically generated when a new asset is created via the Asset Create page.
The code is linked to the asset’s internal ID and stored within the system.
The format supports both scanning and lookup functionality.
No manual generation is required—FieldEx handles this automatically in the background.
