Start by entering your registered email and password to log in. Once logged in, the dashboard gives you quick access to job orders, tasks, assets, and checklists. Use the left navigation bar to switch between modules easily and stay updated on your assigned work in real time.
Access
In FieldEx, each Technician user is provided with a personal account. Their access level determines what features they can view and actions they can perform within the app.
A Technician cannot delete job orders, manage users, or handle billing.
A Technician can update job status, complete checklists, and use assigned spare parts.
Navigating the App
After logging in, the homepage will display:
Pending Work Orders: All jobs that are not completed and created by that user.
Today’s Task: All assigned tasks that are still open for the day.
Quick Access
FieldEx provides quick access shortcuts to key technician functions:
Bin Access
Access your Bins from the icon shown below. Here, manage all Bin transactions ongoing much more conveniently.
Task Management
Manage tasks you are assigned to easily using the second icon shown below. Here, keep track of tasks assigned to you.
Notifications
Never miss any transactions or assignments with this feature that allows you to manage tasks assignments and any pending approvals that require your actions.

Conveniently scan your Asset or Spare Parts QR / Bar codes to create different records for different types of QR / Bar codes scanned.
After scanning the Asset Qr / Bar code, you can choose to create:
A checklist
Job Order
Asset log
Asset transfer
After scanning the Spare Part Qr / Bar code, you can choose to:
Check part availability
Create spare part transfer
Job Order & Search Buttons
Use the Job Order button at the bottom right to quickly navigate to the Job Order screen.
Use the Search button to locate specific records using filters for:
Customer
Locate Asset
Job Order
Check Availability
